By placing an order onwww.formemovement.com , the customer accepts these General Conditions without reservation, valid at the time of purchase. These conditions apply to all orders placed, unless new conditions are agreed upon.
Users
To buy onwww.formemovement.com , you must be of legal age and have legal capacity according to Spanish Law.
Product purchase
By clicking the "buy" button, a binding purchase offer is made. Before confirming the order, you can review and modify the data (products, quantity, price, shipping, etc.). After completing the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, which does not imply acceptance of the order by FOR ME. The purchase contract is formalized when the order is processed and shipped.
Prices
- European Union customers : Prices include VAT and other applicable taxes. Shipping costs will be itemized on the invoice.
- Customers outside the European Union : Prices do not include VAT or import duties, which must be paid upon receipt of the goods. These additional costs will be determined by customs authorities or the transport company.
The shipping and packaging cost will depend on the destination and the order value. Orders over 70€ have free shipping in Peninsula and Balearic Islands
Payment methods
We accept payments by credit or debit card. It is necessary to provide the cardholder's name, card number, expiration date, and CVV. All data is processed through a secure payment gateway.
Shipments
Shipments are made through courier companies. For in-stock orders:
- Delivery in Peninsula and Balearic Islands : 3 -5 working days.
- Other areas: Consult specific deadlines.
If an item is out of stock, you have the option to leave us your email and we will notify you as soon as it is available.

Exchanges and returns
Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 15 days after receiving the order. Products must be in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are valid only for products of the same category (such as size or color).
- If you need a different product, you must make a return and place a new order.
Exchange process :
- Send an email to iA nfoformemovement@gmail.com with the subject "Exchange", your order number and the product to be exchanged.
- You will receive the address to send the product.
- If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, FOR ME will cover the collection and shipping costs. In other cases, the customer will cover the costs.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days
- Products must be in their original, unused condition with tags.
- FOR ME will only cover return costs in case of a manufacturing defect. In other cases, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Return process :
- Send an email to infoformemovement@gmail.com with the subject "Return", your order number and the product to be returned.
- You will receive the address to send the product.
- After reviewing the item, the refund will be processed within 7 days, deducting shipping costs if applicable.
