RETURN POLICY

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 15 days  after receiving the order. Products must be in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are only valid for products of the same category (such as size or color).
  • If you need a different product, you must make a return and place a new order.

Exchange process :

  1. Send an email to iA nfoformemovement@gmail.com with the subject "Exchange", your order number and the product to be exchanged.
  2. You will receive the address to send the product.
  3. If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, FOR ME will cover the collection and shipping costs. In other cases, the customer will bear the costs.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days

  • Products must be in their original, unused condition with tags.
  • FOR ME  will cover return costs only in case of a manufacturing defect. In other cases, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Return process :

  1. Send an email to infoformemovement@gmail.com with the subject "Return", your order number and the product to be returned.
  2. You will receive the address to send the product.
  3. After reviewing the item, the refund will be processed within 7 days, deducting shipping costs if applicable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
